Growing up, I always felt a deep passion for animals, despite not having any of my own. With limited experience, I decided to delve into research. It wasn't until my final year of high school that I discovered the possibility of becoming a Veterinary Technician. Although I didn't get accepted initially, I pursued a path as a Veterinary Office Assistant to gain valuable experience and knowledge.
Since then, I've successfully graduated from the two-year Veterinary Technician program and I'm also Fear Free Certified. I couldn't be happier with how everything unfolded. Now, at Island Vet, I get to share my passion and knowledge with the wonderful clients and patients who walk through our doors.
