Pets have “always” been a part of my home growing up. Cats, dogs, horses, and even a guinea pig and rabbit. My love for animals deepened in my early teens when I became involved with horses. I spent countless hours helping out on vet days and discovered a real passion for the veterinary field.

Although it took some time before I officially entered the veterinary industry, I’m so glad I made the leap! The constant advancements and improvements in veterinary medicine keep me excited to learn and grow. I particularly enjoy client education and take pride in helping clients navigate through challenging situations with their pets.

At home my life is also full of animals! I live on a farm with my cats, dogs, horses, and even a few chickens. I have a 7-year-old Quarter Horse named Sven and a 19-year-old Warmblood named Dirk and two 3-year-old house cats, Astra and Apollo. My 3-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, Seeley, keeps me active, and I’m excited to welcome a new puppy into our family this fall.
